Pro-Se' Filers

e-Filing is now mandatory for all attorneys filing civil, family, probate, or criminal cases in the Supreme Court, Court of Criminal Appeals, Courts of Appeals, and all district and county courts. While not required, non-attorney filers are encouraged to file as well.

The Coleman County Clerk’s Office accepts cash, check or credit/debit card payments. There is a Returned Check Fee of $30.00 for any check returned unpaid.

Use this link only for payment of services provided by the Coleman County Clerk's Office. If you make a payment for services prior to speaking to someone in our office, be sure to send a copy of the receipt showing what services you paid for.
